Dirks, Van Essen & Murray Engaged to Explore Options for Reub Williams & Sons Inc.Back to News

Warsaw, IN – January 21, 2016 – Martha Lane Hartle, Chairman of Reub Williams & Sons Inc., announced today that the shareholders of the company have engaged Dirks, Van Essen & Murray, a Santa Fe, New Mexico, media merger and acquisition firm, to explore a possible sale of the company. 

Ms. Hartle said that the shareholders recognize the important role the Times-Union plays in the community and that making a decision to possibly sell the company after 160 years of family ownership was difficult.
